It has been brought to my attention that some folks are confused by the shopping cart and shipping information. I will attempt to clarify your questions here:
When you select an item from Kats Candles and click on the “add to cart” button to add that item into your cart, you are taken to a page hosted by Paypal that is secure. The item(s) you have just clicked on will be in the invoice (and in the cart). The shipping charges do not show up at this point, but you do not have to log into Paypal for that information. You are given 2 options, return to shopping, or proceed to checkout. If you would like to see what the shipping charges will be at this point, click on the proceed to checkout button.
You will be taken to the Paypal log-in screen. Shipping can be calculated at this time, prior to log-in, by typing in your zip code to figure the shipping costs. In the top right hand corner of the shopping cart page, there is a link to enter your zip code to calculate the shipping charges and an update button. You can return to Kats Candles and add more items, or view your shopping cart and change quantities, and then follow these steps again to calculate the new shipping charges.
